Security

Memo Communications does not record any credit card details in your transaction with Memo, instead the transaction is processed in real time through Commonwealth Bank of Australia . This debits your card when you place the order and we immediately get a response whether it is successful or unsuccessful.

This means your credit card details are safe with Memo Communications, as your credit details are used briefly to purchase your requested items.

Process Data

Your personal information may be processed by us in accordance with this privacy policy. We take all reasonable care to prevent any unauthorised access to your personal data. Personal information will not be sold or transferred to unaffiliated third parties without your prior consent.

Variables

Some sections of our website require your information to be stored in what's known as a session variable. Session variables exist for the length of your visit (or in the case of our online shop, until you cancel or complete your order).

Encryption

Memo Communications provides the ability to encrypt your session at 128bit, this will happen automatically (you will see a lock symbol appear on your browser's status bar), and secures your interactions with Memo, so no one else can see your personal details or credit card details.

Access and Changes

At your request, we will use reasonable efforts to update / correct personal information previously submitted by you. You may also request that we cease processing the personal information we have about you and that we delete your personal information from our database or records. However, it may be impossible to delete your information without retaining some residual information because of backups and records of deletions.
